Submit a Purchase Order

Purchase orders created in any format are welcome at NOVA via email at Info@NovaRhinestone.com
An email acknowledgement will be automatically sent to customer upon receipt.

• Payment terms: Prepay
• Shipping: Shipper’s Account
• Shipping Fee: Same as Web
• Ship Date: OPEN (Based on Payment and Shipping Arrangement)
• Tracking Information will be sent to customer's email as soon as shipping label is created

To expedite your ordering process,

• Please fill out the Credit Card Form authorizing NOVA to charge your future transactions.
• Tax exempt form for California and Texas may also be submitted in advance to avoid the 1 - 2 business days for account set up.
