NRD High Sparkle Rhinestones Hotfix  are two-cut molded glass rhinestones with brilliance, manufactured the same way as the Premium Korean Rhinestones but made in China with industrial strenght hot fix glue. Great washability and performance. Looks and performs the same as the Premium Korean Rhinestones. Price difference has been achieved by allowing a 1% - 2% allowance of non perfect rhinestones.
